•    ABN
•    Business name
•    A successful credit reference check
•    A licence check (if applicable)
•    Up to date insurance - public liability, workers compensation and home
     owners warranty.
•    Provision of OH & S statement - JSA or safe work method statement as
     per the legislation in the state of listing
